Mr. Rozemuller joined VanEck in 2018 with the acquisition of Think ETFs. He serves as the European Head of VanEck and focuses on Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Legal and HR. Prior to joining VanEck, Mr. Rozemuller served as Managing Director of Think ETFs, the first Dutch provider of ETFs, which he co-founded in 2009. Prior to Think ETFs, he was a Partner at the Dutch trading company Optiver, where he began his career in 1995. Mr. Rozemuller holds a Master's Degree in Business and Engineering from the University of Twente.

Mr. Kettner joined VanEck in 2012 and is responsible for the company’s global index business. Mr. Kettner is an index expert with more than 10 years of experience in the development and maintenance of indices, focusing on the development of indices designed for financial product strategies. Prior to joining MVIS, he held various positions at Dow Jones Indexes and STOXX Ltd. Mr. Kettner is a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) and received an MS in Economics from University of Konstanz, Germany.

MVIS develops, monitors and markets the MVIS Indices, a selection of pure-play investable benchmark indices. The introduction of MVIS Indices has expanded VanEck's successful VanEck Vectors brand from exchange-traded products to indices, and the current portfolio of indices reflect the company's in-depth expertise in emerging markets, hard assets and specialty asset classes. MVIS Indices are specifically designed to be investable and licensed as the basis for financial products. Many investment products—some of which are the largest in their investment category—are based on our indices. MVIS also develops and maintains customized indices for third parties that aim to track specific investment themes.

Mr. Neiron joined VanEck in 2012 and is responsible for the strategy and day-to-day operations of VanEck’s Australian business. Prior to joining VanEck, Mr. Neiron was a partner at boutique consulting firm Sunstone Partners, specializing in Asset and Wealth Management. Previously he worked for Perpetual as Senior Portfolio Specialist; Head of Product Development for Protected Investments; and Senior Product Manager for Platforms and Wholesale Funds. Mr. Neiron has also held positions at Credit Suisse and MLC. Mr. Neiron has a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and a Diploma of Financial Services. He is currently undertaking an MBA at Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM).

Mr. Tang joined VanEck in 2019. Prior to joining VanEck, Mr. Tang was Vice Chairman, CEO, and Executive Director of the Board of ICBC Credit Suisse Asset Management International since 2013. During his tenure, Mr. Tang successfully built ICBCCS International into one of the top Chinese asset management companies with AUM of over HKD30 billion and a CAGR of 130%. Prior to joining ICBCCS International, Mr. Tang was the Head of the International Investment Division, Portfolio Manager and Investment Committee Member at Bank of China Investment Management, Inc. As a founding member at Bank of China Investment Management, Inc., Mr. Tang and his team established the international investment division and trading platform. Mr. Tang has also held positions at Prudential Financial, Wachovia Securities and UBS in the U.S. As a veteran in the asset management field, Mr. Tang regularly consults for regulators worldwide and is recognized within the industry as an innovative pioneer. Mr. Tang received his B.A in Finance from California State University.
